Welcome to Prime Pet Goods — a small, family-run store created by two brothers who love pets and understand online shopping from the inside out.

After years of working in an online auction warehouse — one of us in inspection, the other in listings and later floor supervision — we learned how to spot quality, streamline product flow, and understand what people want when they shop online. That experience helped shape the idea for this store.

But the real heart of Prime Pet Goods? That’s Ash — our shy, sweet husky who’s been with us through everything. She’s the reason we started thinking seriously about pet wellness, comfort, and play. Ash has a rare skin condition that requires lifelong treatment, and watching her navigate it has made us more passionate than ever about helping pets live their best lives — even when things get tough.

We're still growing, and we want to be transparent: our products are currently sourced via dropshipping from suppliers overseas, which allows us to offer a wide variety of items at lower prices. While we can’t personally inspect every product (yet), we’re working hard to choose reliable suppliers, add more product types (including for other pets), and respond quickly if anything doesn’t meet expectations.

We’re also not rushing into things we’re unsure about — like treats or pet food — until we’re confident about safety and shelf life. Your pet’s well-being is too important for shortcuts.
